Monday till friday ordered before 10PM (CET), shipped same day
Friday ordered after 10PM (CET) or during the weekend, shipped on Monday

Belgium & Germany

Ordered before 10PM (CET), delivered within 1-2 working days

United Kingdom & Europe

Ordered before 10PM (CET), delivered within 2-5 working days

United States

Ordered before 10PM (CET), delivered within 5-7 working days

Delivery Costs

Free delivery on orders over €100 (Netherlands)

(Exception: If you place an pre-order, this will be seen as a different order. So both orders must be higher then €100 to get free shipping)

For orders to the United States & United Kingdom all duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by LA Sisters, nor are they included in the order total.

RETURNS

Returns must be send back within 14 days
If you want a different size, you will need to place a new order
All products need to be unworn and in original packaging
No make up, stains, damages and/or strong smells
The product tag can’t be taken off
All returns will be well inspected
The return form needs to be filled in completely
If the return does not meet the above, it will be send back to you
Return costs are for your own account
The shipping risk is for the customer, we advice to send back your package with tracking
Returns will be processed within 10 working days
